However, I will tell you that I would not want you working for me if you can’t make at least $85,000 your first year. This business has unlimited income potential and you get what you put into it!

Prefer Either One of these 3 Candidates

• 2+ years Experience as a SUCCESSFUL Mortgage Loan Officer
- Outbound Cold Calling Experience
- Network of Business Referrals coming in
- Current Book of Business
• 2+ years SUCCESSFUL Phone Sales Experience Outside the Mortgage Industry
• Bachelors Degree will substitute for Sales Experience

• I need someone who is NOT OVER ANALYTICAL!
• I need someone who can work in a FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT!
• I need someone who can MEET DEADLINES each month!
• I need someone who UNDERSTANDS THE NUMBERS GAME!
