KLRN TV, the public television station serving San Antonio and south central Texas, is seeking an individual to develop and coordinate grant proposals and development-related communications materials. Position provides support for the Sr. Vice President of Institutional Advancement and assists project leaders in collecting information necessary for funding proposals. Responsibilities also include maintaining all foundation records, including foundation database and project files. The position requires strong written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Candidate must have a degree in English or equivalent business experience. Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing is essential. Development or non-profit, public relations/communications experience preferred. Willing to train, a recent graduate with excellent writing skills in the art of grantsmanship.
