Module Experience:

Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, Install Base, Purchasing, Accounts Service Contracts, Field Service, WMS, Mobile Supply Chain, iSupplier, Receivables, AP, GL, AP.

Functional Experience:

- Functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory to Fulfillment processes.

- Functional knowledge of Service Request to Resolution and the Service Request to Dispatch process

- Be able to Identify the CRM/ERP Application Foundation integration points with other applications

- Be able to Identify the setup requirements and profile options used in each module

- Be able to Identify administrative and end-user tasks for each module

- Be able to Identify the features and functions of each module

- Be able to Identify the implementation of key tasks for each module

- Know the step-by-step implementation flows for the application foundation modules

Required Experience:

- Technical of Order to Cash, Service to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory to Fulfillment processes

- Ability to use component of Oracle Workflow architecture

- Setup of concurrent managers, programs, and reports

- Knowledge of flow of information through the major tables and major business functions

- Explain and define profile options and descriptive flexfields, reporting in Multi-Org

- Ability to identify entities that are shared between multiple applications/functions

Other Experience:

- Business Communication

- SDLC Development Process

- Oracle Best Practices

- Experience using open interface (ie APIs, translation tables, etc)

- Knowledge of directory structure for Oracle Application product files

- Knowledge of applications network, database and file system architecture

- Create users/responsibilities, CRM resources, menu/functions exclusions

- experienced PL/SQL & XML Developer
